Hanoi lies in northern Vietnam, a small but incredibly busy city with fast traffic and a cafe culture inspired by the French. All around, I found people hanging outside, eating and socializing on the city streets. Most tourists who pass through Hanoi make a visit to the world-heritage Halong Bay.
